We are currently looking for a full-time Associate Lawyer.
The minimum requirement for the position offered is a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law, as well as admission to a U.S. state bar (preferably California). The position requires knowledge of U.S. and international commercial law, legal research and writing skills, and familiarity with cross-border regulatory issues.
